As the complexity of devices increase, so does their cost and the resulting value of assembled boards. Consequently, faulty assemblies cannot simply be scraped, thereby rendering repairs are more viable.  In addition, correct and timely implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO), or changes to prototypes are important factors when time to market is critical. BGA rework

• BGA removal and installation. Remove and install
  all types and packages of BGA components, both
  leaded and lead-free.
• BGA pad and soldering mask repair. Repair and
  re-mask lifted pads and soldering mask in BGA foot
  print area.
• BGA site modification. Ideal for designer research and
  also change on prototypes.
• BGA Reballing. Clean BGA and reballing it with lead-free
  and leaded solder balls.

ECO, Upgrade & Modification Service

• Component replacement. Remove and install all types
  of  SMT and T-H component such as resistors,
  capacitors, inductor, transistors, ICs, and ....
• PCB modifications. Cutting traces and/ or wiring on
  printed circuit board.

• Component special installation. Install new component
  on unmatched foot print.

PCB repair

• Repair lifted conductor. Repair lifted traces and pads
  on printed circuit board.
• PCB re-masking. Apply new layer of solder mask in
  damaged area.
